We're thrilled to welcome water media and mixed media artist Jennifer Stone to present a demo at our September meeting. Jennifer will demonstrate her mixed media process which uses her own handmade collage papers. Jen has been painting for over 30 years, and has won numerous awards. Her expressions are primarily water media, but mixed media is Jennifer’s preferred medium at this time. She's traveling to us from her studio in Watertown, South Dakota.
Her curiosity in creating her own handmade collage papers has launched a new workshop that she teaches and has been well received by other mixed media enthusiasts. In addition to this demo at our September meeting the evening of Sept 7, we're excited to also have Jennifer providing her workshop for MNWS Sept 6-9!
