For our MNWS meeting with a demo by Dan Mondloch
Dan will be demonstrating plein air painting, and you are encouraged to bring your own painting supplies to join him as he paints outdoors. Our meeting will move to a nearby barn if the weather is bad. This meeting will be live, in-person only, and will not be on Zoom or recorded. There will be wine available for purchase, and you may come a bit early and bring a picnic supper to enjoy.
Dan is an award winning third generation painter who has won several honors with his plein air paintings. He is enthusiastic about painting outside, and is also a wonderful teacher. Come and join him as he shares his talents and his teaching skills with us!

The accomplished watercolor painter and author, Doug Lew, will
be joining us. Doug was born in China and came to the U.S. at the age of 15. He worked as an art director of ad agencies and taught watercolor at the University of Minnesota for 12 years. His work is in many corporate collections, and he is a signature member of the Transparent Watercolor Society of America.
Doug has generously made available a large collection of his original Figure Study watercolor paintings. Each MNWS member who attends the meeting will have the opportunity to choose a Doug Lew painting for their personal collection. Join us to see Doug again or meet him for the first time!
